DevOps Engineer (Security & Infrastructure)

Job Overview We are seeking a Security-First DevOps Engineer to join our Web3 stablecoin infrastructure team. In this role, you will bridge traditional FinTech reliability with cutting-edge blockchain security—designing and operating highly available cloud architectures, automated CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise-grade key management systems (HSMs, MPC wallets). You will work at the intersection of regulatory compliance, on-chain transaction signing, and infrastructure resilience, ensuring zero-downtime operations for compliant stablecoin issuance. If you have deep experience in secure cloud networking, Kubernetes, and handling high-value digital assets, this is an opportunity to shape the backbone of next-generation digital currency.   Key Responsibilities 1.Cloud & Node Infrastructure: Provision and maintain highly available, secure cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and manage dedicated/shared blockchain RPC nodes. 2.CI/CD Pipelines: Design and implement automated build, test, and deployment pipelines ensuring zero-downtime upgrades for critical services. 3.Key Management & Security: Implement and manage secure Key Management Services (KMS), Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), and MPC wallet configurations for signing on-chain transactions. Key Requirements 1.Experience: 2+ years of DevOps/SRE experience, preferably in banking, FinTech, or the Web3 sector handling high-value transactions. 2.Containerization: Expert knowledge of Docker and production-grade Kubernetes (K8s) orchestration. 3.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation. 4.Security First: Deep understanding of cloud security network design (VPC, IAM, firewalls, secrets management). 5.Language: Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
