Orchestration & Scale: Work extensively with containerized ecosystems using Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenStack. Infrastructure as Code: Implement clean, maintainable IaC using Terraform and Ansible. Monitor & Optimize: Ensure system health, telemetry monitoring, and high availability using tools like Nagios. Collaborate & Mentor: Work with cross-functional development and operations teams, mentoring junior talent and documenting deployment cycles. Basic Qualifications For Level 3: Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required at the time of application. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s + 5 years, Master’s + 3 years, or PhD + 1 year of professional experience (or an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree). Technical Core: 3+ years of DevOps experience, including technical leadership, Jira metrics reporting, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible. Preferred Skills Degree in a STEM field. Strong Linux tools, automation, and Python/Shell scripting skills. Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or GitLab. Experience configuring servers and managing OpenStack environments.
