We are seeking DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building, managing, and optimizing scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in automating deployment workflows, securing cloud environments and managing container orchestration platforms. You will leverage your expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and CI/CD to streamline our development processes, ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems, and drive the adoption of best practices across the team. Key Responsibilities CI/CD & Automation Design, implement, and maintain Bitbucket Pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment. Standardize release workflows across dev, staging, and production environments. Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform (IaC), focusing on scalability, reliability, and cost optimization. Configure and maintain core AWS services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, RDS, VPCs, Load Balancers, Route 53). Set up and maintain SFTP → S3 pipelines and archival strategies. Kubernetes & Containers Operate and optimize EKS clusters using Helm, ingress controllers, and autoscaling (HPA/VPA). Troubleshoot and resolve Kubernetes issues (pods, services, DNS, kubelets). Monitoring & Reliability Implement monitoring and observability with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry. Lead incident response and postmortems, performing root cause analysis and driving improvements. Security & Compliance Enforce security best practices across AWS (IAM, WAF, GuardDuty, Inspector, Security Hub). Manage secrets with AWS KMS and Vault. Support SOC 2 readiness with the engineering and compliance teams. (ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA - Future) Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with development and QA teams to streamline releases. Contribute to GitOps workflows (infrastructure-as-code, version-controlled changes). Drive continuous improvement in deployments, monitoring, and incident response. Requirements 4+ years of experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Engineer. Hands-on experience with AWS services and Terraform (IaC). Solid background in Bitbucket Pipelines for CI/CD automation. Strong Kubernetes/EKS skills (deployments, Helm, scaling, troubleshooting). Strong Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch). Strong understanding of cloud security and secrets management. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA). Comfortable collaborating with developers and leading incident response. Preferred Qualifications Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Experience with GitHub Actions is a plus. Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS SysOps Administrator) or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD). Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare or fintech).
