As we continue to expand, we are searching for a talented  DevOps Engineer  to join our team and help us maintain, optimize, and scale our infrastructure and products. Job Description As a  DevOps Engineer  at Crewfare, you will play a pivotal role in the design, deployment, and maintenance of our AWS-based infrastructure. You will ensure the smooth operation of our platform, which supports multiple products with complex requirements. The right candidate will have a passion for automation, performance optimization, and scalability and will be key in improving our platform’s stability, security, and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with developers, product teams, and security engineers to enable fast and secure deployments. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management : Design, deploy, and manage highly available and scalable infrastructure on AWS. Automation & CI/CD : Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and ensure minimal downtime. Cost Optimization : Continuously analyze and optimize resource usage to reduce costs while maintaining performance and reliability. Monitoring & Incident Management : Set up and monitor system performance, detect anomalies, and resolve performance bottlenecks. Lead incident response efforts and root cause analysis. Security Management : Ensure infrastructure security, including patch management, vulnerability scans, and implementing security best practices to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and security, to streamline workflows, deployments, and operational processes. Scaling : Architect solutions that can scale dynamically based on demand, ensuring high availability for mission-critical systems. Performance Tuning : Implement strategies for monitoring system health and performance metrics, and recommend improvements. Documentation : Document infrastructure, processes, and procedures for internal knowledge sharing and ISO/SOC2 compliance purposes. Requirements 5+ years  of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a related role. Strong expertise in  AWS  services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC, with hands-on experience designing and scaling cloud infrastructure. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as  Terraform  or  CloudFormation . Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages such as  Python ,  Bash , or  Ansible . Deep understanding of  CI/CD pipelines  and experience with tools like  Jenkins ,  GitLab CI , or  CircleCI . Experience with  monitoring tools  such as  Datadog ,  Prometheus , or  Grafana . Familiarity with  containerization  (e.g.,  Docker ,  Kubernetes ). Knowledge of  security best practices , including identity and access management, network security, and data protection. Demonstrated ability to optimize resource usage for  cost efficiency  and improved performance. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and effective troubleshooting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment. Nice to Have Experience in  SOC2  or  ISO  audit environments, ensuring infrastructure complies with security and operational standards. Familiarity with logging and alerting tools such as  Elasticsearch  and  Kibana . Hands-on experience with  serverless  architecture. Why Crewfare?
