Dare to Have: 🔹 Several years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles 🔹 1+ year of hands-on, daily production Kubernetes experience, cluster lifecycle management, ingress controllers, service meshes and cert-manager 🔹 Writing and maintaining Helm charts or Kustomize configurations 🔹 Strong Terraform and Helm experience for platform automation and configuration management 🔹 Designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, ideally with ArgoCD 🔹 Proficiency in Go, Python or Bash for automation and platform tooling 🔹 Solid Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry knowledge, including SLI/SLO frameworks for distributed systems 🔹 Familiarity with security standards and platform security best practices, and with building compliance requirements into platform architecture 🔹 A track record of mentoring colleagues and shaping infrastructure roadmaps Dar plus: Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD or CKS) Developing or operating Kubernetes Operators (Operator SDK, Kubebuilder) Writing ADRs, runbooks and platform design documentation Dare to live: First: Health | Health and dental insurance, psychological support, and life insurance to take care of your overall well-being.
