Inheriting  Larion’s strong foundation and technical expertise, Bestarion continues to grow as a trusted  partner for clients worldwide.  Website: https://bestarion.com/ ● Location: QTSC 1 Building, 3rd Floor, 1 Quang Trung, Software City, HCMC ● Working Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM OVERVIEW: The DevOps Engineer is responsible for deploying and maintaining reliable, scalable  infrastructure and CI/CD systems across dedicated and Cloud Computing environments.  The primary objective is to ensure system stability, operational efficiency, and seamless  software delivery for client projects KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Infrastructure & Cloud Operations • Design, implement, configure, and maintain various AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS,  ECS, CloudWatch, CodePipeline, etc.) • Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform • Deploy and manage containerized workloads using ECS with Fargate launch type • Maintain strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux operating  systems 2. CI/CD & Deployment • Build, deploy, and operate full CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline) • Support development teams in deployment workflows and release management • Automate operational tasks using Shell, Python, or Ruby scripting 3. Monitoring & Incident Management • Deploy and maintain log aggregation and monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus,  AWS CloudWatch, Fluentd, Mattermost) • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a timely manner • Set up alerting and observability for system health and performance 4. Research & Improvement • Research new technologies and cloud solutions to increase efficiency of business  operations • Propose improvements to existing infrastructure and delivery pipelines 5. Compliance & Security • Maintain confidentiality of all technological and business information per company NDA • Comply with Bestarion's information security policies and procedures • Support rotating on-call shifts if required by project needs REQUIREMENTS: Education • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Experience • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a SysOps, DevOps, CloudOps, or System  Administrator role Must-Have Technical Skills • Strong Linux fundamentals — comfortable working in terminal-based environments • Proven hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, CloudWatch,  CodePipeline) • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (or higher) • Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline) • Proficiency in scripting: Shell and/or Python • Familiar with Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure on AWS • Familiar with ECS using Fargate launch type • Working knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts • Experience with monitoring/alerting tools (Grafana, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, or  similar) • Ability to communicate in English (written documentation, incident reports, client  emails) Nice-to-Have • AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer - Associate or higher • Familiarity with Ansible or other configuration management tools • Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL • Basic understanding of Ruby on Rails applications • Exposure to Azure or GCP Soft Skills & Attitude • Customer-oriented, proactive, and fast-learning • Able to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team • Patient and systematic when diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues • Compliant with company policies, regulations, and corporate culture DEFINE YOURSELF AT BESTARION WITH ATTRACTIVE BENEFITS ● Performance appraisal twice a year. ● Attractive benefits (13th salary, distinguished employee of the quarter and  year, seniority award…) ● 12 days off ● Lunch and parking allowance ● Healthcare and accident insurance + Annual health check ● Working devices provided: Laptop and screen (If needed) ● Team Building activities in every summer, company trip, big annual year-end party  every year, etc ● Fitness & sports activities: football, tennis, table tennis, badminton… ● Commitment to community development: charity every quarter, blood donation, public  seminars, career orientation talks… ● Support for personal loans such as home loans, vehicle loans, tuition fees
