About Position: We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes, Configuration Management, and CI/CD automation to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing DevOps processes, automating infrastructure, managing containerized environments, and ensuring reliable software delivery across enterprise platforms. Role: DevOps Engineer Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 6 to 8 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Implement and manage DevOps practices to improve software delivery efficiency and reliability. Deploy, configure, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes. Utilize Docker for containerization and application packaging. Implement Configuration Management solutions for infrastructure provisioning and application deployments. Automate infrastructure and operational tasks to improve scalability and reduce manual effort. Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across environments. Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to drive DevOps best practices. Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize platform performance. Implement security, compliance, and governance controls within DevOps processes. Support cloud-based deployments and infrastructure management. Maintain documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks. Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Devops Kubernetes Configuration Management Docker CI/CI Pipeline Expertise You'll Bring: 6-8 years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles. Proven experience implementing and managing DevOps practices for efficient software delivery. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and application deployment. Expertise in Configuration Management and infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar technologies. Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization technologies. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and automation practices. Experience in monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance optimization. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Knowledge of networking, security, and system administration best practices. Experience working in Agile and DevOps-driven environments. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in implementing and managing DevOps practices for efficient software delivery. Skilled in deploying and managing applications using Kubernetes. Hands-on experience in Configuration Management and infrastructure automation. Proficient in Docker containerization and CI/CD pipeline implementation for automated deployments.
