Job Description: Are you passionate about building reliable, scalable, and high-performing cloud platforms? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help strengthen the stability, automation, and performance of our production environments while working closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, improving system resilience, and driving automation at scale, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Maintain and support production systems to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability Help implement SRE best practices including monitoring, alerting, SLIs/SLOs, and incident response Deploy, configure, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to improve development and deployment efficiency Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages Collaborate across development, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance Participate in on-call rotation and respond to production incidents in a timely manner Create and maintain documentation including runbooks, procedures, configurations, and post-incident reviews What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience 3–5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Support Hands-on experience with: Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Helm Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Zipkin, Jaeger Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar Understanding of Kubernetes GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD, FluxCD, or Tekton Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, Go, or similar Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Nice to Have: Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible Exposure to microservices and distributed systems Awareness of ITIL and incident/change management processes Experience working in 24x7 / high-availability production environments Why Join Us?
