Hiring: Kubernetes / DevOps Architect (Azure AKS) | Warsaw, Poland | Hybrid Role: Kubernetes / DevOps Architect Location: Warsaw, Poland Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days/week from the client office) Employment Type: B2B / Subcontract Contract Duration: 12 months (with possible extension) Experience: 10+ years (14–16 years preferred) Language: English (Mandatory) Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Kubernetes / DevOps Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure AKS and Python automation . The ideal candidate will architect, implement, and manage secure, scalable Azure Kubernetes environments while driving end-to-end automation across platform provisioning, operations, monitoring, and remediation. This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure within a highly collaborative engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Design and architect multi-cluster Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments. Manage AKS upgrades, patching, scaling, and lifecycle operations. Troubleshoot Kubernetes issues across clusters, nodes, pods, networking, and storage. Design and implement Azure networking solutions, including VNet, NSG, Private Endpoints, DNS, and Managed Identity. Develop Python-based automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, self-healing, and operational tasks. Build reusable automation modules and operational scripts. Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Implement GitOps-based deployment strategies. Build observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, and Spyglass. Implement governance and security policies using Kyverno, Cilium, and Istio (good to have). Collaborate with development, platform, and security teams. Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
