System Developer I

Position:  Application Developer III Compensation: $100,000-$135,000/yr, depending on experience Location: Lakewood, Colorado Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Application Developer III to join their team! This is a great opportunity for a full stack developer who enjoys building modern, AI-enabled solutions and contributing to meaningful enterprise technology. You’ll support the development of advanced applications, integrations, and microservices while working on exciting AI initiatives that are helping shape the future of the team’s internal tools and platforms. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Design and build AI-enabled solutions, integrations, and microservices Develop and optimize RAG and retrieval-based applications Support agentic and multi-agent system design and implementation Build production-grade APIs and backend services Integrate LLMs with internal applications and workflows Write, review, and maintain tests for AI and application components Document technical solutions, runbooks, and API usage Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements Support deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution Mentor junior team members through code review and guidance Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience 4+ years of recent system development experience with AI/ML components Strong Python development experience Hands-on experience deploying LLMs in production Experience building RAG solutions and vector store workflows Experience with agentic or multi-agent systems Experience with .NET, web frameworks, or microservices Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data engineering patterns Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience with model fine-tuning or instruction-tuning Familiarity with AI governance and security controls Knowledge of prompt injection defense and output validation Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native pipelines Familiarity with MLflow or model registry practices Background in Azure, AWS, or GCP environments Experience with advanced vector search or hybrid retrieval AI/ML certifications or related advanced training Experience supporting enterprise portals or workflow automation Perks & Benefits: This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
