We are looking for an experienced JBPM Architect with deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. Required Skills: 10+ years of software development experience 5+ years in BPM/Workflow Management solutions 3+ years of hands-on experience with JBPM 7.x+ Strong expertise in BPMN 2.0, Drools, KIE Server, and process orchestration Java 11+/JDK 17, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices Kafka/JMS, Relational Databases Docker, Jenkins, Git, Maven, CI/CD Pipelines Experience with process versioning, performance tuning, and enterprise integrations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities: • Design end-to-end JBPM architecture and BPM solutions • Develop reusable frameworks and workflow components • Integrate JBPM with enterprise applications and microservices • Establish BPM standards, governance, and best practices • Lead technical design reviews and mentor development teams • Support deployment, scalability, and production operations
