We are seeking a skilled DevOps Enablement Engineer / DevOps Consultant to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Lisbon. Are you the one? What You'll Do Analyze and optimize the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation solutions. Design reusable automation scripts and tooling. Support development teams in adopting DevOps best practices. Review Pull Requests and shared libraries to ensure quality and consistency. Create technical documentation, standards and implementation guides. Develop training materials and deliver workshops for engineering teams. Promote Continuous Improvement initiatives across multiple projects. Collaborate with development teams to standardize delivery processes and increase engineering efficiency. Required Skills Experience in DevOps Enablement, DevOps Engineering or Platform Engineering. Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. YAML Pipelines. Git, Pull Requests and Branching Strategies. Scripting experience with Python, Bash and PowerShell. Process automation experience. Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with development teams. Nice to Have Jenkins Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep or similar) DevOps governance ALM / SDLC optimization Experience creating technical standards and documentation Experience delivering technical training or workshops This role is more focused on DevOps Enablement and Developer Experience than on traditional infrastructure or operations. It combines technical expertise with process optimization, coaching, and continuous improvement.
