Your main responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and configuration management across the platform; Manage and version source code and infrastructure using GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket; Build and operate serverless and event-driven solutions (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GitOps, ChatOps workflows); Deploy, orchestrate, and maintain containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker; Design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure; Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions (Splunk, Nagios, Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, Raygun, Catchpoint); Support test automation and resilience/chaos engineering practices (Selenium, Gremlin, Mangle, Chaos Mesh); Collaborate with international, multicultural teams across different time zones; Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices, automation, and platform reliability; Mentor and support less experienced team members (senior/lead profile). What we are looking for: Solid, hands-on experience in a DevOps/SRE role, with practical knowledge across most of the following: GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure, and monitoring/testing tools (Splunk, Nagios, Datadog, CloudWatch, Selenium, Chaos Mesh, etc.); Previous experience working with Dutch, Belgian, and/or German companies is a strong plus; Fluent English (minimum B2/C1) — direct communication with international teams; Strong problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and adaptability to multi-technology environments. Levels we are hiring for: 1 Senior/Lead position; Remaining positions at Mid/Senior level.
