What we are looking for Role: Devops ARE Release Manager Experience Range: 5 to 7 Years Location: Bangalore Must Have: DevOps & Release Management Strong experience in Release Management and Change Management. Expertise in CI/CD tools such as: Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI/CD Experience with source control systems: Git GitHub Bitbucket Cloud & Infrastructure Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure (preferred) AWS or Google Cloud Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform ARM/Bicep Ansible Containerization & Orchestration Docker Kubernetes/OpenShift Helm Monitoring & Reliability Application monitoring tools: Dynatrace Splunk AppDynamics Grafana Prometheus Understanding of SRE/ARE principles, SLAs, SLIs, and SLOs. Good to Have: Azure DevOps, AWS, Kubernetes, or ITIL certifications preferred. Experience leading enterprise-scale releases in Agile environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with regulated environments and audit requirements. Essential: Plan, schedule, and coordinate application releases across multiple environments. Manage end-to-end release lifecycle, including build, deployment, validation, rollback, and post-release activities. Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to ensure smooth deployments. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard DevOps tools. Drive automation of deployment, monitoring, and release processes. Establish release governance, change management, and deployment best practices. Monitor release quality metrics, deployment success rates, and production stability. Conduct release readiness reviews and post-implementation reviews. Manage production incidents related to releases and coordinate resolution activities. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and organizational policies. Support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Application Reliability Engineering (ARE) initiatives to improve system availability and performance. Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
