DevOps & Middleware Support Engineer years of Experience : 6 years to 9 years Location: Bangalore Job Description Microservices Support: Assistance with creating new microservices, from repository creation to environment deployment. Certificate Management: Managing the certificate store and trust store. Environment Support: Collaborating with the PACT team to resolve environment errors. SaaS Maintenance: Keeping services like MongoDB and Kafka updated with the latest patches and upgrades. Kafka Management: Managing Kafka Confluent across environments, including topic creation and queue monitoring. Database Support: Working with the MongoDB team to resolve database issues. CI/CD Pipeline: Maintaining Jenkins build infrastructure and the CI/CD pipeline. MW Deployment: Configuring API Gateway endpoints, running DB scripts, performing backups, and deploying services. Infrastructure & Security: Keeping OSND infrastructure up to date on PACT and ensuring all security patches are applied. DevOps Support: Providing availability for any OSND support issues related to DevOps. Security Compliance: Maintaining hardware security patches and agents (e.g., Tenable, CrowdStrike) on vulnerable servers. AWS Rehydration: Managing the AWS rehydration process for all servers.
