Devops IAM Engineer

A leading financial services organisation is strengthening its Identity & Access Management capability and is looking for a Senior DevOps / IAM Engineer with deep One Identity Manager expertise. This is not a standard DevOps role. You'll combine engineering depth with control automation in a complex, highly regulated environment - remediating, improving, and automating IGA services so they become more effective, scalable, and audit-ready. What you'll do Design and implement structural improvements in One Identity Manager that remediate deficiencies and strengthen IAM control effectiveness Automate manual service and control activities to boost efficiency, consistency, and traceability Translate control findings, operational issues, and technical risks into sustainable, backlog-ready engineering solutions Improve evidencing, monitoring, and technical substantiation across in-scope IAM services Build reusable, scalable engineering patterns within the One Identity landscape What you bring Academic working/thinking level (Bachelor or Master in a relevant field) Extensive experience as a DevOps, Software, or IAM Engineer in a complex IT environment Strong hands-on One Identity Manager and IGA experience Proficiency in SQL / SQL Server , APIs/web services, scripting & automation, job services, data mapping, and system integrations Solid grasp of IAM concepts: provisioning, deprovisioning, recertification, reconciliation, Segregation of Duties, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, API orchestration Proven track record in remediating and improving existing IAM services (not just greenfield builds) Experience automating control, evidencing, or monitoring processes Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills Comfortable in a regulated environment with high expectations on traceability and operational control Additional details: Location: Utrecht Contract: With Levy Professionals's payroll Hours: 36 Duration: 12 months (Possibly extendable)
