DevOps Engineer

Job Description Senior DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of experience in CI/CD transformation and tool modernization, responsible for modernizing enterprise delivery pipelines while supporting Java, .NET, Python, and database applications across hybrid platforms, enabling standardized automation, stronger governance, and faster software delivery. Key Responsibilities Establish consistent CI/CD pipeline standards by defining best practices for workflow configuration, naming conventions, and approval processes. Ensure all pipelines adhere to organizational policies for security, testing, and artifact management, promoting uniformity and reducing errors across projects. Implement deployment pipelines in Harness for application delivery across environments Standardize branching, pull request, release, and promotion workflows Integrate CI/CD pipelines with security scanning, approvals, testing, and artifact repositories Troubleshoot issues end to end (pipeline, package, dependencies, deployment) Automate build, deployment, rollback, and release validation processes Improve pipeline reliability, traceability, governance, and developer self-service capabilities Capacity planning Partner with development, QA, infrastructure, and release teams during migration and onboarding Support modernization of deployment pipelines for Java, .NET, Python, and database applications across enterprise platforms such as WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, IIS, and container-based environments Required Skills Hands on DevOps experience Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
