DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Accountable for that the service(s) over time deliver value and meet stakeholders’ expectations and business’ needs Actively works with Service partner and Engineering teams to define and prioritizing a backlog of items improving the service Ensure cost efficient, stable and sustainable service operation and delivery Performs defined tasks to monitor service delivery against service level agreements and reports on status Service life cycle planning and follow up: Service roadmap, demand and capacity management, prioritizes improvements and ensure budget Keep information of the service(s) up to date Analyze service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability in order to find possibilities to improve.
