About The Role Semos Cloud is a B2B SaaS company building cutting-edge agentic AI infrastructure, with a strong focus on intelligent AI agents in the HR employee experience domain (onboarding, engagement, performance, career growth, etc.). As our platform continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated DevOps Intern (final-year student or recent graduate) who is passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering. This internship is designed for candidates with little or no professional experience who are eager to learn modern DevOps practices in a production environment. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced DevOps and software engineers to help build, automate, monitor, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our AI platform. You will receive mentorship while gaining hands-on experience with cloud technologies, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and security best practices. Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Support Assist in provisioning and maintaining cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and SAP Business AI Platform. Learn how our production environments are designed, deployed, and managed. Support infrastructure improvements that enhance reliability, scalability, and security. CI/CD & Automation Help build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines. Assist in automating deployment processes and operational tasks. Learn scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, or Python. Containerization & Infrastructure as Code Support containerized application deployments using Docker and Cloud Foundry. Learn Infrastructure as Code concepts using Terraform. Assist with infrastructure configuration and environment management. Monitoring & Reliability Help monitor application and infrastructure health using observability tools. Assist in configuring alerts, dashboards, and logging solutions. Support troubleshooting production and development environment issues. Security & Best Practices Learn DevSecOps principles and infrastructure security best practices. Assist with access management, secrets management, and secure deployment processes. Help document operational procedures and infrastructure standards. Team Collaboration Work closely with DevOps engineers, software developers, and AI engineers. Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews. Continuously learn modern DevOps tools and engineering best practices. Requirements (Must-Have) Final-year Bachelor's or Master's student, or recent graduate, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of command-line tools. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows. Basic scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, or Python). Understanding of Docker fundamentals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and spoken English. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn. Preferred (Nice To Have) Familiarity with Azure services. Basic understanding of Kubernetes. Exposure to Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools. Experience using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins. Personal projects, GitHub portfolio, or home lab demonstrating DevOps concepts. Basic knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Azure Monitor.
