DevOps Engineer

Get Ready To Manage, maintain and develop infrastructure and services of Aardvark products. Provision new infrastructure and automate infrastructure provisioning when expanding the platform. Manage infrastructure growth while maintaining zero-downtime. Work on large scale deployments pushing technologies to the limits. Continuously improve platform monitoring system, to get accurate reports and prevent outages before they happen. Investigate production issues, write post-mortem reports and take steps to prevent it from happening again. Work closely with development team to continuously improve fault-tolerance and availability of our products. Create deployment playbooks for new services that are being developed. Assist development team with tools, deployments and dev/test environments. You'll Be Great At This If You Have experience with Linux system administration and shell scripting. Have hands-on experience with MariaDB/MySQL, Ansible, Redis, and Elasticsearch. Are highly attentive to detail. Understand how web services work. Have a solid understanding of web fundamentals, including TCP/IP networking, DNS, HTTP, and related technologies.
