Provide technical leadership and mentor development team members. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and design principles. Implement and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Integrate Twistlock security scans into the DevSecOps process. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams. Conduct code reviews and support production issue resolution. Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and application performance.
