About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Cloud/DevOps (Development, Security, and Operations) Engineer to join our dynamic team. This senior technical leadership role is pivotal in managing and enhancing the architecture, security, and operational excellence of enterprise Azure platforms and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will drive DevSecOps strategies, embed security and compliance measures throughout the delivery lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including application, infrastructure, security, and data—to enable scalable, resilient, and secure cloud solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and data workloads, supporting modernization initiatives and enterprise-scale deployments. The successful candidate will serve as a subject-matter expert, mentor engineers, and establish best practices that align with enterprise standards and compliance requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent practical experience Seven or more years of progressive experience in DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or enterprise software delivery Advanced knowledge of designing and operating CI/CD pipelines across build, test, security, and deployment stages Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services, including networking, identity, security, and platform services Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform Hands-on experience with container platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies Deep understanding of application and cloud security practices, including SAST, DAST, and compliance frameworks Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications, data, and AI workloads in Azure environments Knowledge of Microsoft Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio) Agent Service is preferred Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or similar Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-204, AI-200, SC-500) are preferred Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and oversight for Azure DevSecOps platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient cloud environments Design, implement, and govern end-to-end CI/CD and DevSecOps pipeline architectures aligned with enterprise standards and compliance requirements Embed security controls, scanning, and policy-as-code across infrastructure, application, and data delivery pipelines Lead automation of Azure infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code frameworks to support enterprise-scale deployments Build, design, and support containerized platforms and orchestration solutions for cloud-native and hybrid workloads Design and maintain Azure environments supporting production systems, modernization initiatives, and on-premises migrations Partner with application, data, and AI teams to enable secure delivery of enterprise applications, database-backed systems, and AI workloads Establish and maintain shared CI/CD components, frameworks, and reusable modules to accelerate delivery consistency Define and enforce DevSecOps best practices, standards, and governance models across delivery teams Enable Agile delivery through DevSecOps tooling such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jira, and Confluence Design Azure environments for AI workloads, including private networking and restricted egress designs Mentor engineers and act as a subject-matter expert in DevSecOps, Azure architecture, and security automation Benefits Comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage, including Health Savings Account options Dental and vision insurance plans Wellness programs and health advocacy services Pre-tax commuting benefits and flexible spending accounts 401(k) retirement plan with profit sharing options Paid time off ranging from 25 to 30 days annually, including holidays Parental leave benefits, including paid leave and short-term disability options Life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance Short- and long-term disability protection Employee assistance programs and professional development opportunities Relocation assistance and remote/hybrid work options where applicable Additional perks such as technology discounts, travel programs, and family building benefits Equal Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
