Platform DevOps Engineer

We are hiring: Platform DevOps Engineer — SaaS Infrastructure & Reliability Location: Dubai, UAE Function: Technology / Platform Development & Operations We are building a scalable technology platform for device financing, control, and lifecycle management. We are at the foundation stage of building the platform engineering and operational capability, and we are looking for a hands-on DevOps engineer who can help move the platform from development into controlled, secure, and reliable production operation. This is a builder role. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, product, and security stakeholders to build and operate the infrastructure foundation for a customer-facing SaaS platform. What you will own: - Cloud infrastructure and environment management - Development, staging, and production environments - Infrastructure-as-code - CI/CD pipelines, build gates, deployments, and rollback - Monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing, and observability - Incident response, root-cause analysis, and operational runbooks - Secrets management, key rotation, and privileged access control - Backup, recovery, and restore testing - GitHub, CI/CD runners, build agents, and engineering workflow integrations We are looking for someone with hands-on DevOps, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or SRE experience, ideally with exposure to SaaS or customer-facing production systems. Relevant experience may include: AWS/Azure/GCP, Terraform or similar IaC tooling, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins/Azure DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes, Linux, scripting, observability tools, secrets management and production incident response.
