LLM's DevOps Engineer

Responsabilities: Design, develop, and enhance AI agents to support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, development, testing, documentation, code review, and operations. Define and implement agent architectures based on LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks. Establish and monitor adoption, productivity, and return on investment (ROI) metrics for implemented AI solutions. Promote Generative AI best practices across technical teams. Produce technical documentation, user guides, and training sessions to enable knowledge sharing and adoption. Monitor advancements in the Generative AI landscape and identify new opportunities to leverage emerging technologies. Requirements : Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), including architecture, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and model evaluation. Proven experience in optimizing token consumption and managing costs in Generative AI solutions. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of autonomous and multi-agent systems to support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Experience integrating APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools. Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent. Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments. Knowledge of software engineering, cloud computing, DevSecOps, and CI/CD platforms. Experience with AI governance, security, and compliance. Cloud certifications (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS) are considered an advantage. Experience supporting technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
