Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Description We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our Experiment POD 2 team, focused on rapid prototyping, experimentation, and validation of AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will build proof of concepts (POCs), evaluate emerging AI technologies, and quickly develop and test innovative AI solutions. Responsibilities Design and develop rapid AI prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs). Experiment with and evaluate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and models. Build and test Generative AI solutions using LLMs and AI agents. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate AI use cases. Develop scalable APIs and integrate AI solutions with existing systems. Analyze experiment results and provide recommendations for production adoption. Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and reliability. Required Skills 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development skills. Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering. Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI platforms. Strong understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and AI experimentation methodologies. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with RAG, vector databases, and AI evaluation frameworks. Experience deploying AI solutions using Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD practices.
