Join a Fun, Vibrant, and Engaging Culture! About the Role We're looking for a DevOps Engineer who lives at the intersection of operations and modern, AI-accelerated development. You'll own the infrastructure that powers our products and services across the board — designing it, automating it, and keeping it fast, reliable, and cost-efficient. This is a hands-on role for someone who treats infrastructure as a product, and gets genuinely energized by building smooth and reliable systems with AI to make life a better place. What You'll Do Design, build, and operate infrastructure across the full lifecycle for a broad mix of services (CMDB, OA, monitoring, altering, etc.). Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters, automating node lifecycle and cost optimization with tooling like Karpenter. Define infrastructure as code and drive GitOps-based CI/CD so every change is reviewable, repeatable, and auditable. Partner with developers to remove friction, embedding AI-assisted and vibe-development practices into day-to-day delivery. Professional Traits Strong self-motivation and responsibility. Structured thinking, with an ability to break down complex problems. Pursuit of engineering excellence; not satisfied with "just making it work." Focus on Developer Experience (DX), with a goal to empower developers. Systematic methodology for incident post-mortems and root cause analysis. Requirements Familiar with Linux and shell script. Container and orchestration experience: Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), Helm. Infrastructure as code with Terraform, Karpenter. GitOps-based CI/CD workflows (GitLab CI, ArgoCD). Experience with maintaining common AWS Cloud Services (VPC, AMI, EKS, EC2, S3, CloudFront, etc.). Experience with Golang or Python development on top of common middlewares like MySQL and Redis. Hands-on experience of vibe development. Nice to Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
