Project/Client: Fintech Location: Lithuania Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 months Baltic Amadeus client is looking for an experienced Front-End Developer to join the team under a B2B (business-to-business) contract to lead frontend initiatives for a fintech platform. The role focuses on building scalable architectures, driving UI/UX consistency, and mentoring team members while collaborating across engineering and product domains. Key Responsibilities Lead development using React and Next.js across complex features and systems Define and maintain frontend architecture and coding standards Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams to align technical solutions Optimize performance, accessibility, and maintainability across applications Review code, guide best practices, and mentor mid-level developers Must-Have Requirements 5+ years of professional frontend development experience Experience with react-hook-form Expert-level knowledge of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS Experience designing scalable frontend architecture and CI/CD processes Strong understanding of API integration and event-driven interfaces Fluent English Nice To Have Experience with Redux, Zustand, or other modern state tools Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress Fintech or high-security project background Experience with payment systems and workflows Hourly rate: up to 48 (Gross).
