Full Stack Developer (Python-Heavy / Backend-Focused)

Job Title : Full Stack Developer (Python-Heavy / Backend-Focused) Location : Miami FL | Jersey City NJ Hands on experience on Python + React + AI is must Job Description: Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 13+ years of experience. Python Backend (Primary): Strong, hands-on experience building backend services with FastAPI / Flask / Django — async patterns, dependency injection, middleware, API versioning, testing, and production deployment Databases: Deep practical experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server — complex queries, joins, indexing, transactions, ORM usage (SQLAlchemy / Django ORM), and performance tuning Authentication & Security: Demonstrated depth in auth frameworks beyond JWT basics — OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO, RBAC, secure session handling, and API security best practices RESTful APIs: Proven experience designing, building, and integrating REST APIs and backend services at scale AI / Agentic AI / MCP: Solid understanding of LLM fundamentals, agentic AI architectures (planning, tool use, multi-step workflows), and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for agent–system integration; familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain / LangGraph is a strong plus ReactJS (Secondary): Hands-on expertise with ReactJS — Hooks, component lifecycle, and state management (Redux / Context API) Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
