Part-Time UK Nominee Director Needed

We are looking for a UK resident to act as a Nominee Director for corporate compliance purposes.

This role is entirely remote and requires very little time. The first month may involve around 1-2 hours to help complete initial setup and banking documentation. After that, responsibilities are generally limited to once or twice per year.

Duties

Sign documents related to bank account applications and company administration.

Assist with occasional compliance requests.

Pay

£100 - £125 per month.
