Full Stack Engineer

Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer Target: Masters/Bachelors from top schools (Stanford, MIT, etc.) with a passion for beautiful, user-centric products. Location: USA | Remote Compensation: $150K - $250K | 0.5% - 1.5% Equity Visa Sponsorship: Not Available About Us We are a pre-launch startup, backed by First Round Capital and Y Combinator , building an AI-native application that will redefine a massive enterprise workflow. Our product is a complex, interactive web app that feels as simple and intuitive as the best consumer software. Our founders previously built and sold a company to Snowflake . The Role As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on our small, highly technical team (~10 people), you’ll play a key role in building and scaling user-facing features that power how people access and use AI models. We work asynchronously using Slack, Notion, and Linear, prioritizing deep focus and uninterrupted time to build. Ideal Profile Experience 4+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience Proven track record of shipping user-facing products Technical Strength Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js , and modern JavaScript runtimes Experience with Cloudflare Workers or other edge-first / serverless platforms is a plus Startup Mindset Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Proactive, resourceful, and excited to take ownership Collaborative & Self-Directed Clear communicator who works well in async teams Able to self-manage and deliver high-quality results independently Craft-Focused Engineer You care deeply about UX, performance, and maintainability You aim to ship delightful, impactful features — not just functional code Apply if you've built: Complex web apps, interactive dashboards, or have a GitHub profile full of clean, well-documented code.
