What we offer Mobile working and flexible working time Collaborative, diverse company culture and superior team spirit Flat hierarchies and great feedback culture Development opportunities & career perspective International business & cross-site collaboration Modern, dog-friendly offices with nice amenities Company-paid health insurance, public transportation, lunch vouchers and further benefits What you'll do Develop and maintain high-quality UI components using Angular, HTML5, and CSS3, ensuring performance, usability, and maintainability Contribute to the design and implementation of intuitive user experiences in close collaboration with Product Owners and cross-functional teams Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable software Collaborate closely with Architecture, Backend Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management teams in an Agile/Scrum environment Present and demonstrate completed work to stakeholders as part of an iterative and transparent development process Ensure application quality, security, and compliance with industry best practices and standards, including OWASP guidelines Continuously expand your technical expertise and actively share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement What you'll need A university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; career changers with a strong passion for IT are also welcome At least 3 years of experience in frontend web development Strong expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, as well as experience building modern web applications with Angular Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs, WebSocket and streaming services, and working with Docker and Continuous Integration pipelines Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies Proven experience using Artificial Intelligence to support and enhance software development processes Experience with rapid prototyping and the use of UI component libraries such as PrimeNG or Angular Material Good English language skills, both written and spoken Nice to Have: Experience with AG Grid, Storybook, Grafana, and Figma Experience with Vue.js and/or React Experience developing multi-tenant enterprise applications Basic knowledge of Spring Boot (Java), Kibana, and Prometheus What you can expect At Retarus, you will work on impactful and dynamic projects, with real opportunities to make a difference.
