As the organization continues to scale, they're looking for an IT Administrator to become the backbone of their internal technology operations. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll work directly with the Director of IT, taking ownership of day-to-day support, onboarding and offboarding employees, managing hardware and software, administering SaaS platforms, and ensuring employees receive fast, reliable IT support. You'll already have experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Windows and macOS devices, while troubleshooting networking, VPN, Wi-Fi, and endpoint issues. You'll also play an important role in asset management, documentation, security best practices, and supporting compliance initiatives such as SOC 2. This is an execution-focused environment where attention to detail, strong communication, and follow-through are just as important as technical skills.
