Software Engineer

AI/ML Engineer Location: Minneapolis, MN Experience: 3–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $30–$40/hour Job Summary We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python, ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and modern AI technologies to develop scalable, production-ready applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications. Build and optimize data pipelines and model performance. Develop and integrate REST APIs for AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production ML models. Follow MLOps, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Python . Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn . Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI . Experience with SQL, Pandas, NumPy , and data preprocessing. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP . Knowledge of Git, Docker, CI/CD , and REST APIs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
