The global CX outsourcing market is worth more than 400 billion USD. yoummday has built a disruptive model to change this market: a technology-driven platform that combines AI automation with a global network of highly qualified freelance CX professionals. With 100 million euros in revenue, 150 customers worldwide, and a new office in Miami, we're just at the beginning of what's possible.

We're looking for you, starting now, as Senior Consultant/Manager Business Strategy (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Munich.

Our Business Strategy team (made up of former consultants from Bain, BCG, EY-Parthenon, and Roland Berger) in Munich and Berlin owns cross-functional, strategically critical projects end-to-end, from analysis to concept development to operational implementation within the organization.

You'll work closely with the leadership team and the Head of Strategy (ex-BCG) on the company's core strategic topics and see directly how your work creates measurable impact and drives real change in the business.

Unlike traditional consulting, your impact here doesn't end on a slide: you'll see firsthand how your analyses, decisions, and projects get implemented in the organization, and what difference they actually make.

Lead strategic projects & drive operational excellence: You'll take full ownership of projects with direct visibility to the leadership team, from analysis through to implementation support. You'll analyze existing processes, particularly in operations, identify levers for efficiency and quality, and implement concrete improvement measures.

Data-driven decision making & stakeholder communication: You'll conduct in-depth data analyses, derive clear recommendations, and prepare decision materials for the leadership team, which you'll present convincingly both internally and externally.

M&A, integration & ad-hoc topics: As needed, you'll support due diligence, financial models, and post-merger integration, as well as sales pitches and other strategic topics with business impact.

Your skillset

Academic background:  Outstanding degree in a technical or management-oriented field from (a) renowned university/universities.

Experience & track record:  You bring at least 4 years of experience at a top-tier management consultancy such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain at (engagement) manager/project lead level or above, where you took full ownership of strategic and operational topics and independently led teams and projects.

Thinking & way of working:  You structure complex topics clearly, think in a data-driven, hypothesis-led way, have a strong analytical understanding of operations processes, and combine strategic vision with a genuine hands-on mentality.

Presence & communication:  You bring executive presence and confident demeanor, you're a true team player without ego, and you communicate confidently in both German and English (at least C1).

M&A/integration processes: You bring solid experience in M&A/integration processes (e.g., due diligence, financial modeling, PMI), in the tech/SaaS industry, and/or in change management projects.
