This role offers the opportunity to build and improve business-critical platforms that support trading, market operations, automation, and data-driven decision-making. What You'll Be Doing Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. Working closely with traders, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful technology. Building and improving APIs, automation tools, and data-driven applications. Contributing to software architecture and technical decision-making. Supporting cloud-based environments and modern development practices. Mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices. What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong experience with Python and modern software engineering principles. Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and containerisation technologies. Background working on business-critical systems in fast-paced environments. Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical projects. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Native Dutch speaker or fully fluent Dutch speaker strongly preferred. Previous experience within the energy, utilities, trading, commodities, or broader energy sector is highly desirable.
