Frontend Engineer

About The Role The role owns the architecture, development, and scaling of high-performance user interfaces and customer-facing web applications serving millions of users daily. The engineering team works in a fast-paced environment where UI responsiveness, accessibility, and modern component-driven development standards are critical to success. Key Responsibilities Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using modern TypeScript, React, and Next.js Design and implement scalable state management solutions and reusable component libraries for cross-functional product teams Collaborate with backend engineers and product designers to define GraphQL and REST API contracts Optimize client-side performance, bundle sizes, and Core Web Vitals across all web applications Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentor junior engineers on frontend best practices What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on modern frontend development Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern React ecosystems Solid experience with state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand) and CSS preprocessors or Tailwind CSS Understanding of web performance optimization techniques, SEO best practices, and cross-browser compatibility Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with mobile development (React Native), WebSockets, or backend Node.js services
