Technical Team Lead

We’re hiring a Technical Team Lead to lead a team working on highly trafficked, customer-facing web experiences at scale. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, combining technical direction, engineering standards, delivery and mentoring. You’ll work closely with Product and Design, lead and coach engineers, and help drive the technical direction and health of the platform. We’d love to speak with people who have experience with: React, Next.js and Server-Side Rendering Leading and directly managing engineering teams Building and operating high-traffic customer-facing web platforms Core Web Vitals and frontend performance optimisation SEO-focused web architecture REST and GraphQL integrations Automated testing and strong engineering practices AWS, Azure or GCP Working closely with Product Managers and Product Designers If you’re interested, or know someone who could be a good fit, feel free to apply or reach out
