Job Description Danica, a member of the Danske Bank group, specializes in providing pension and health insurance services. This role is your chance to develop scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that empower teams and enhance customer experiences. We are seeking a Full-stack Engineer to join our Private Customers Web squad at Danica IT. You will help build and maintain responsive, user-focused web and mobile applications that deliver exceptional experiences across devices. Collaborating closely with designers and developers, you will implement modern, accessible, and high-performing interfaces using industry-standard tools and frameworks. What You Will Be Doing Transform business requirements into functional web solutions Build responsive applications using React and .NET technologies Ensure applications meet accessibility and performance standards Maintain front-end alignment with organisational best practices Apply secure coding practices across development projects Contribute to back-end development using .NET Core About You 1-2 years Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) Experience working with React framework Familiarity with ASP .NET Core Framework Understanding of responsive design principles and version control (Git) Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Readiness to learn and adapt in Agile environments Upper-intermediate English proficiency Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience Experience with DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation tools like Docker would be valuable.
