We are building a modern web product at the intersection of AI and real-time communication. Our goal is to deliver a fast, intelligent experience with a self-hosted infrastructure and a clean, scalable architecture. Project An innovative startup focused on AI-powered real-time collaboration. The product combines smart algorithms, low-latency interactions, and a flexible, self-hosted environment. Responsibilities Build and maintain a Next.js web application. Integrate real-time features with WebRTC and LiveKit. Work with Supabase (Postgres), including local deployments. Create UI with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui. Improve architecture, CI/CD, GitOps, and deployment on Vercel. Actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor) in development. Must-have Strong knowledge of Next.js and the React ecosystem. Full-stack experience with TypeScript/JavaScript. Hands-on experience with WebRTC (chat or video apps). Knowledge of Drizzle (preferred) or Prisma. Solid Git and GitOps practices. Regular use of AI assistants during development. Nice to have Stripe integration or Firebase experience. Docker and GitLab CI/CD pipeline setup. Cloudflare Workers or Edge Computing knowledge. Basic Python skills. Requirements Experience: 1.5+ years. English level: B1 or higher.
