React Developer - Role Overview We are looking for a skilled React Developer to build and maintain modern web applications and reusable UI components. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React, TypeScript, API integration, state management, and front-end engineering best practices. Working within Agile teams, you will collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers to deliver scalable, high-quality user experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript. Build reusable, responsive, and maintainable UI components. Integrate applications with backend services using REST APIs. Implement and manage application state using Redux or similar libraries. Translate business and UX requirements into high-quality front-end solutions. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following development standards. Create and maintain unit tests using frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues. Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle. Required Skills Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Solid understanding of React Hooks, component lifecycle, and state management concepts. Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit. Strong experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development. Experience with unit testing and test automation practices. Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitLab, and Git-based development workflows. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Pega Constellation using React SDK. Knowledge of accessibility and performance optimization best practices. Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and modern front-end architecture patterns.
