Frontend Developer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Build and maintain frontend features for online payment products, writing clean, testable, and maintainable code. • Contribute to the development and upkeep of integration products and SDKs used by internal teams and external partners. • Participate in technical planning, design reviews, and sprint ceremonies, offering perspectives on estimations and improvements. • Reduce technical debt and enhance application performance, observability, and accessibility. • Monitor live services, respond to issues, and provide support for customer requests. What You'll Need • 5+ years of experience in TypeScript and JavaScript. • Hands-on experience building production-grade React and Next.js applications, including SSR and app router patterns. • Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, Vitest, or React Testing Library. • Comfort working within CI/CD workflows and agile environments (Scrum or Kanban). • Experience with UI libraries such as Radix or shadcn, and a solid understanding of accessibility and UX best practices. • A product mindset, caring about merchant value and capable of driving complex features end-to-end autonomously.
