Senior Python Developer

What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong commercial experience with Python. Experience building and operating production backend systems at scale. Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices. Experience developing APIs and distributed systems. Strong knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar. Experience with testing, CI/CD, version control, and modern development workflows. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience with Docker and containerised environments. Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to engineering. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Nice to Have Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure. Familiarity with event-driven architectures and technologies such as Kafka. Experience working with AI/ML, data platforms, or high-volume systems. Experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
