Senior Python Developer

Lead the technical implementation of multiple software products while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Take ownership of backend architecture, API design, database optimization, and application scalability. Develop RESTful APIs, background workers, automation services, and integrations. Review code submitted by team members and enforce engineering best practices. Mentor junior developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and cross-functional teams. Identify performance bottlenecks and improve application reliability, security, and scalability. Participate in system design discussions and recommend appropriate technologies and architectural improvements. Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective long-term solutions. Maintain proper technical documentation for systems, APIs, and workflows. Promote clean code, testing, automation, and continuous improvement throughout the engineering team. Assist in sprint planning, task estimation, and technical leadership across multiple concurrent projects. Stay updated with modern Python frameworks, cloud technologies, AI integrations, and software engineering practices.
