Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join a leading digital transformation project in Fujairah, UAE. This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled professional with strong experience in enterprise Java development, modern frameworks, and microservices architecture. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise Java applications. Build and enhance RESTful APIs and integrate applications with third-party systems. Develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA. Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to deliver business requirements. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices. Participate in application enhancements, maintenance activities, and production support. Contribute to CI/CD processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Java application development. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA. Experience developing RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Web Services. Good knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience working on enterprise or government digital transformation projects is an advantage.
