Senior DevOps Engineer (Platform Engineering) Location: Dublin (Hybrid) | Type: Permanent Overview Our client, a global software company in the healthcare technology sector, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their Platform Engineering team. This is a hands-on role focused on CI/CD, cloud automation, and improving developer experience across multiple Agile teams. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (YAML-based, Git workflows) Drive improvements in build, test, and release processes Define branching strategies and repository governance Automate cloud infrastructure using IaC Support platform reliability, scalability, and modernisation Collaborate with teams to improve engineering standards and tooling Requirements 4-7 years' DevOps / Platform Engineering experience Strong CI/CD pipeline design experience Proficiency with YAML pipelines and Git Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) IaC experience (Bicep, Terraform, or similar) Strong communication skills Desirable Cloud experience (Azure preferred) Observability/monitoring tools Database CI/CD Familiarity with modern tech stacks Exposure to AI-assisted development tools Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
