Senior React Developer

About the Role We are looking for a Senior React Developer who is passionate about building modern, user-friendly web applications and creating exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable frontend solutions while contributing to technical decisions and mentoring team members. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications using React and TypeScript. Translate Figma, Sketch, or Zeplin designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces. Build reusable components and maintain a consistent design system. Work with state management solutions such as Redux. Implement and maintain automated tests using Jest and React Testing Library. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the best user experience. Write clean, structured, and maintainable code, applying refactoring and best practices when needed. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Work within Agile teams and contribute to CI/CD processes. Mentor and support frontend developers through code reviews, pair programming, knowledge-sharing sessions, and constructive feedback. Help onboard new team members and support their technical and professional development. Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and a culture of continuous learning within the team. Provide technical guidance on frontend architecture, design decisions, and implementation approaches. Effectively communicate technical and design decisions to colleagues, stakeholders, and clients. . Requirements Strong experience with React and TypeScript. Solid knowledge of Redux and modern frontend development practices. Experience with Material UI and component-based architecture. Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library. Strong understanding of CSS, SASS, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, or similar styling solutions. Experience working with Storybook and design systems. Good understanding of UX principles and attention to design details. Experience working in Agile environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Kubernetes, and Helm. Excellent communication and coaching skills. Nice to Have Experience modernizing legacy frontend applications and migrating them to React. Knowledge of Java and backend technologies such as Spring Framework. Experience working in full-stack environments.
