Senior Java Software Engineer

Senior Java Backend Developer Experience: 7+ Years Location: Remote. Employment Type: Full-Time. Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with 7+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using modern Java and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities Design and develop backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot . Build scalable REST APIs and microservices. Work with JPA/Hibernate, Oracle SQL, and MongoDB . Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito . Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads on AWS . Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform . Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions . Implement application observability, monitoring, logging, and security best practices. Follow Git-based development, branching, and PR workflows . Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design and code reviews. Leverage AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot responsibly to improve developer productivity and code quality.
