Role Description We are looking for a Software Engineer who cares about engineering quality, ownership, and building reliable production systems. Years of experience are not a deciding factor. We care more about how you think, the quality of your work, and your ability to solve real engineering problems. What we expect Strong Java fundamentals and hands-on experience with Spring Boot. Strong PostgreSQL experience, including SQL, data modeling, transactions, indexing, and query performance. Experience designing and building REST APIs. Understanding of transactions, concurrency, retries, idempotency, and failure handling. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Experience with unit and integration testing. Ability to debug production issues systematically. Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals. Comfortable with Git, code reviews, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices. Ability to take ownership from design through production. Levaraging AI to the fullest extent without losing control
