Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer

Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer FPT Software is hiring a Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer to join an international project supporting on-premise and air-gapped environments. We are looking for an engineer with strong hands-on experience in Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Google Cloud, and secure deployment environments , who can take ownership of packaging, deployment automation, infrastructure configuration, and production readiness. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Package products as OS-native services for on-premise and air-gapped environments. Build offline installation processes and manage per-environment configurations. Develop multi-stage Docker images supporting JVM, Python, and Node.js applications. Design and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines , including: Build & push workflows Environment approval gates SSH-based deployments Health-check gating Support secure and reliable cloud infrastructure and deployment processes. Implement monitoring, observability, security, and service health controls. 💻 Required Technical Skills Google Cloud: Compute Engine, Cloud SQL/PostgreSQL, Artifact Registry, Cloud DNS, IAM Workload Identity Federation Docker & Docker Compose GitHub Actions nginx & certbot OpenSSL / mTLS Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo OpenTelemetry Strong experience with CI/CD and deployment automation Experience supporting on-premise and/or air-gapped environments ⭐ Nice to Have Backend development awareness with Java 21 Gradle Quarkus Python 📍 Location: LATAM (Mexico, Colombia and Costa Rica) 🏠 Work Model: 100% Remote 🏢 Company: FPT Software 📩 Interested?
