Job Description Summary: We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 5–8 years of experience to join our product team. In this role, you'll own end-to-end design work — from discovery and research through to high-fidelity prototypes and design system contributions — for our suite of screening and compliance products. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, accessible, and modern user experiences. Job Description (UI/UX Responsibilities): Lead UX research, journey mapping, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points. Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile experiences. Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system. Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect, accessible implementation. Work within an Agile Kanban framework — writing clear acceptance criteria, participating in sprint planning, and managing your own work through Jira. Present design decisions and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders. Champion user-centered design practices across the organization Required Qualifications: 5–8 years of UI/UX design experience in a product environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across web and/or mobile products. Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, including components, auto layout, and design tokens. Experience with a modern tech stack environment — comfortable working alongside Vue JS or similar front-end frameworks. Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Vue JS) to facilitate smoother developer handoff. Hands-on experience with Jira for task and workflow management. Solid working knowledge of Agile/Kanban methodologies. Strong communication and storytelling skills — you can clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing for enterprise SaaS or B2B platforms. Experience conducting end-to-end user research including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing. Exposure to data-heavy or compliance-driven product environments. Experience building or scaling a design system from the ground up. Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) is a plus.
